Niger Polytechnic Post UTME Application Details – 2015/16

Niger State Polytechnic, NIGERPOLY post UTME application form for the 2015/2016 academic session is on sale. NIGERPOLY post UTME cut-off mark is 150.

This is to inform all candidates that applied for admission into Niger State Polytechnic (NIGERPOLY), Zungeru during 2015 Unified Teritary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and scored 150 and above, that online registration for 2015/2016 Post-UTME Screening exercise for the Polytechnic has commenced.

Niger State Polytechnic Entry Requirements.

The minimum entry requirements for National Diploma (ND) Programmes in the specified field are:

1. A minimum of five (5) Credits Passes at WAEC/SSCE, NECO, GCE, NABTEB and Teachers’ Grade Two Certificates or equivalent (in not more than two (2) sittings), which must include English Language and Mathematics and three (3) other relevant subjects.
   
2. Applicants should apply through JAMB and sit for UTME in the relevant subjects. Only candidates who meet the JAMB cut-off marks shall be considered for admission.
   

Niger State Polytechnic Post UTME Method of Application.

1. Post-UTME registration will be online.
   
2. Payment of a non-refundable registration fee of Two thousand Naira Only (N2,000) as screening, result checking and verification of admission status fee in any branch of the following designated banks:
   

1. Unity Bank Plc —- Account Name: Niger State Polytechnic Revenue —- Account No: 0017836225
   

2. United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc —- Account Name: Niger State Polytechnic Revenue —- Account No: 1000122194
   

3. Obtain access card from bank of payment (if the branch of payment is at Bida, Kontagora, Zungeru or Wushishi, Niger State) or at Bursary Departments of Bida or Zungeru Campuses (if payment is made at other branches of the designated banks)
   
4. Log on to Polytechnic’s website http://www.polyzungeruonline.com and click on Post-UTME registration link. Follow the instructions on the site to complete the registration. Ensure you upload your most recent passport size photograph.
   
5. Make a colored printout of the online completed form and the acknowledgment slip containing your Screening Number.
   
6. Candidates should note that bank charges will be paid at the point of purchase
   

Niger State Polytechnic Post UTME Mode of Screening.

All the candidates are to be tested in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics and additional relevant subjects as follows:
1 Business Studies, Accountancy, Estate Management, Banking and Finance. ECONOMICS
2 Public Administration and Local Government. GOVERNMENT
3 Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Survey and Computer Science. PHYSICS
4 Urban and Regional Planning. GEOGRAPHY
5 Science Laboratory Technology. BIOLOGY
6 Statistics Physics or Biology or Economics

Niger State Polytechnic Post UTME Screening Requirements.

1. Printed colored copy of online completed form and acknowledgment slip
   
2. Evidence of payment of screening fee.
   
3. Copy of UTME result slip with candidate’s passport.
   
4. Ball pen, HB pencil and Eraser.
