IMSU Post UTME/DE Form, Registration Guidelines – 2015/16
Imo State University, IMSU post UTME/Direct
Entry registration for the 2015/2016 academic
session is on. IMSU post UTME minimum cut-off
mark is 180.
The 2015 Post-UTME Screening Exercise of Imo
State University (IMSU) will
commence on Wednesday 2nd September and
end on Saturday 12th September, 2015 in various
centres within the campus.
Candidates Eligible for IMSU Post UTME.
i. Only candidates who chose the institution as
their FIRST CHOICE and scored 180 and above in
the 2015 UTME are eligible to apply.
ii. All direct entry candidates who wish to be
considered for admission into Imo State
University, Owerri for the 2015/2016 academic
session, who must have obtained Direct Entry
Form from JAMB are also eligible and must
apply for the screening tests. However, these
applicants are EXEMPTED from writing Post
UTME Screenung tests but must register online.
IMSU Post UTME Registration Procedure.
1. Create an invoice for your application from
http://31.222.174.145/IMSU/
2. Proceed to make a payment of N6,000
application fee through etranzact (participating
banks: Access Bank, Diamond Bank, Zenith
Bank, First Bank, Skye Bank, FCMB, IMSU Micro
Finance Bank.)
3. After payment, use the confirmation order
number on the receipt given to you by the bank
to continue your registration on
http://31.222.174.145/imsu/
POSTUTMEApplication.aspx .
4. Fill correctly all required information on the
Application form.
5. Submit each application stage on completion
before proceeding to the next stage.
6. Verify and print your fully completed application
form.
7. Take your application form to the screening
centre as registration evidence.
Note:
Confirm your entries before clicking on submit.
Ensure that your recent passport photograph is
scanned into the form before submitting. After
clicking on submit, print the form as evidence of
your registration and bring it to the screening
venue.
IMSU Post UTME Registration Deadline.
Registration portal will shut down at 12.00
midnight on Friday, 28th August, 2015.
i. Candidates are required to come with the
following items for the screening exercise,
2015/2016 original UTME result slip showing
candidates photograph.
ii. HB Pencil, eraser and a ball point pen.
IMSU Post UTME: Warning
a. Impersonation is a serious offence and anyone
caught impersonating will be handed over to the
law enforcement agents.
b. Any candidate who fails to take part in the
screening, exercise automatically looses his or
her chance of being considered for
admission.
c. GSM handsets, calculators, or any other
extraneous material MUST NOT be brought into
the screening venue such materials if
confiscated will not be returned.
d. Early commencement of registration is
advised to avoid web congestion in the dying
hours.
e. Ensure that all information required is properly
uploaded in the University website to forestall
any challenges the candidate may
encounter at the screening venue.
IMSU Post UTME Screening Exercise Schedule.
The Computer Based Test (CBT) Screening
exercise will commence on Wednesday 2nd
September and end on Saturday 12th September,
2015.

(a) IMSU ICT Centre.
(b) University Library
(c) Shell Computer Centre
(d) Faculty of Law e-Library (all within the
Owerri Campus of the University).
